Virtuagym, a prominent fitness management software provider, sought to revolutionize its platform by addressing a critical need – efficient payroll management for club managers. The company aimed to empower club managers to oversee payroll processes internally, eliminating the need for outsourcing
Payroll administration is a problem that many fitness club managers struggle with, so I set out to solve it in this interesting project with Virtuagym. The old system required outsourcing and lacked user friendliness, which caused frustration and inefficiency. My goal as the Product Designer in this project was to create a payroll platform that would integrate in Virtuagym platform. I aimed to develop an intuitive internal payroll system that would streamline procedures and improve user experience. This case study explores the journey, the growth of the platform, and the benefits that it has brought about.

Project Overview
Payroll administration is a problem that many fitness club managers struggle with, so I set out to solve it in this interesting project with Virtuagym. The old system required outsourcing and lacked user friendliness, which caused frustration and inefficiency. My goal as the Product Designer in this project was to create a payroll platform that would integrate in Virtuagym platform. I aimed to develop an intuitive internal payroll system that would streamline procedures and improve user experience. This case study explores the journey, the growth of the platform, and the benefits that it has brought about.
